Shipping dates and times listed are subject to change. Shipping dates and times include only business days. All packages will be shipped out of our shop within the timeframe listed at checkout. Your package may not arrive until after the specified timeframe. All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Shipping. If you have not received your order within the time specified on your receipt, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All of our items are locally sourced and many are handmade once you place your order. Because of this, we do not allow cancellations under any circumstances.
Returns will only be accepted at the discretion of Ohio Explored. Please email email@example.com if you have a problem with your order. We will listen to your concerns and make a decision to approve or deny your Return Request at that time. Returns will be considered for damaged items within 7 days of receipt.
